Bangalore Palace

Cubbon Park
Cubbon Park covers a location of 300 acres presented by Lord Cubbon who was simply the viceroy of India around 1864. The park contains abundant flora mostly visited by nature lovers, walkers and joggers. There are many buildings and statues of famous personalities. Around 6000 plants and trees of 96 species can be seen in the park.
Bull Temple
The Bull Temple, situated in Basavanagudi is among the oldest temples in Bangalore. The temple is devoted to Nandi, the bull, which is vehicle of Lord Shiva. The temple is made in Dravidian type of architecture. There's a huge idol of Nandi Bull in the temple measuring 4.5m tall and 6.5m in total carved from single granite rock.
